First name, last name, username, password, email address, phone number, age, and gender.

Encrypted copies of messages that you send through the Service.

Content you post to the Service.

5. How do we store your data?

Audio House securely stores your data using Google Firebase, Bubble, and Wasabi servers. This means that Audio House will share your data with Google, Bubble, and Wasabi for data processing and the privacy terms of Google Firebase, Bubble, and Wasabi are incorporated into and included in this Privacy Policy by reference. Audio House will store your data until the earliest to occur of the following events: (a) you close your account; (b) we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service; (c) your account is dormant for more than 12 months, or ; (d) Audio House terminates the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Audio House may retain your profile information and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. For individuals in the EU or Switzerland, we store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collect the data except as otherwise required by law.

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Google Firebase, Bubble, and Wasabi servers are maintained. If you are located in the EU or other regions with laws governing data collection that may differ from the laws of the United States, we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and we will take any steps reasonably necessary to ensure that personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Such transfers are made pursuant to appropriate safeguards.

6. Marketing

Audio House may send you information or updates about the Service and other products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Audio House from contacting you for marketing purposes.

No personal information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. This includes your phone number and email.

7. What are your data protection rights?

Audio House cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Service. To protect your privacy and security, we use reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to your email and other communications from Audio House. Audio House cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Audio House or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Your privacy settings may also be impacted by changes to the functionality of third-party sites and services that you integrate with Audio House. Audio House is not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third-party.

The Audio House website or Service may contain links to other websites, apps, or services. Our privacy policy applies only to Audio House’s website and Service, so if you follow links to a third party’s website, app, or service, you should read their privacy policy.

10. Children’s Privacy

Audio House is not for children under the age of 13 and Audio House does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to create or use accounts. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
