Save/Open Projects

To save your project…

  1. Click file in the top left corner

  2. Click save as

  3. Type a name for the folder. We recommend using a naming structure like Artist Name - Song Name so that your project does not get confused with someone else's.

  4. Make sure “Move all media to project directory” is checked. As shown in the image below.

  5. Click Save

 

To open a project…

  1. Click file in the top left corner

  2. Select open project

  3. Find the project folder you created, then double click the REAPER Project File inside the folder.

 

FAQ

  1. Can other people access my projects?

    • Yes. The Audio House computer is for public use and unfortunately that means files can be accessed by anybody.

  2. How can I keep my projects safe?

    • Use a dedicated USB Flash Drive or USB External Drive to save your projects.

    • Use your own laptop and DAW.
